Leddy Group is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Support for a condominium association. This position will support the board in their renovation and property management projects as well as for preparation in board / member meetings, take minutes and follow up with action items.  Also this position will be responsible for coordinating efforts with various contractors and maintenance personnel on approved projects and be responsible for communication with residents and board members. 

This is  a flexible position, anticipated to be approximately 16 hrs per week but will vary based on projects - potential to work remotely but required to have availability to come on site and be flexible to be present when needed.
