Position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to both our field employees and our client companies. Duties include screening, interviewing, assessing, hiring and matching the most qualified applicants for available positions. Ongoing support and service to both our employees and client companies is also required. Position includes high level of communication with client companies, development of recruitment sources, and building client relationships.
Successful candidates should have experience servicing a wide range of customers, establishing fees/bill rates, and providing critical follow-up on a daily basis all while providing the highest standards of customer service at all times. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, strong decision making and problem solving skills, and the ability to manage multi-tasked day in a fast paced environment. Candidates must have excellent attention to detail, have a high sense of urgency, and strong problem solving skills. Prior recruiting, interviewing, or hiring experience is preferred.
