Now hiring a Sales Administrative Assistant organization in Dover, NH. This position will have exposure to all aspects of the business including purchasing, sales support, cost analysis and customer service. Must have strong Excel skills that include a working knowledge of pivot tables.
The responsibilities for this position include:
- Sales Support (document preparation, administrative assistance, and reporting)
- Customer Service and Problem Resolution
- Financial and Material Analysis for RFQ Responses
- Introductory Sales Support and Procurement Activity.
The normal hours for this position are Monday- Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm with flexibility needed.
